“GOING GOURMAND” This attractive program is a real treat for the hedonists and is intended for those who want to discover places, islands and experience the cruise from a different angle. You will have the opportunity to discover all the charms of a rich gastronomy and enjoy specialties of local chefs, also learning something about the local specialties. "Going Gourmand" includes fishing and everyday preparation of seafood meals because it represents a special pleasure for sailors who are gourmands.
The plan is to visit the islands with rich gastronomy offer from Dubrovnik to Split, Split's most famous wine cellars, places which are not mentioned in tourist guides and which represent a real challenge for true gourmands.
Various marinades, anchovies, sardines, best kind of white fish on grill (white fish which live in parts of the sea with rocky bottoms and rocky coast), shrimps and lobsters, Dalmatian’s pašticada, homemade cheese, prosciutto ham, olives, specialties baked under a thin cover such as octopus, lamb or kid with a glass of homemade wine, this and much more awaits for you through the “Going Gourmand” of Yachting in Croatia.
The price is given upon request depending on the size and the type of a boat, the rental period and other requirements of the clients.
